Federal Intellectual Property Litigation; Case Evaluation & Legal Fees:

Potential cases are evaluated by identifying their strengths and weaknesses through legal research, intellectual property searches, and a thorough review of all relevant legal documents. Following a full evaluation of the merits of each case, the Law Offices of Todd Wengrovsky often represents intellectual property owners on a "hybrid contingency" fee basis, including a reduced hourly fee combined with a percentage of recovery. This allows individual and corporate clientele to enforce their patents, trademarks, and copyrights at reasonable costs. In all cases, clients are provided with a detailed retainer agreement, outlining the potential fees and responsibilities throughout the litigation. Importantly, clients are kept abreast of developments of each case.
